Yes I know and I tried both an installation with G3 (un)plugged, I know
that Sonnet makes no effort anymore to develop any software for the
L2/G3 processor.
But when I installed Linux, w/ a normal boot only the 603e is used but
w/ a boot under macos and a reboot into linux via bootx from linux I had
the G3. The solution is from Ben Herrenschmidt. That's because linux can
do that.
Anyway Ryan writes his software to have a compatibilty w/ Jaguar also. I
don't know the C programm otherwise I could help him. So to the future.
