Thanks to all for the advice. Now I have purchased a Sonnet Crescendo 500MHZ G3, I am more seriously considering the upgrade to OS X. A couple of questions: 1. I heard from you guys that my LaserWriter 360 connected to my local talk is a no go. I have beem told that an Asante Ethernete to LocalTalk adapter would allow me to use the LaserWriter 360 with OS X. IS this correct? 2. I currently have verizon DSL. I read somewhere that it should work with OSX 9 efevn faster than the MacPoet CP currently in use). Anyone know if this is true? 3. Someone on this list told me that my UW SCSI card is a no go with X. Is this just the E100 card. or is this true for any UW SCSI card. I guess this means tha I would have to use a regular SCSI drive? 4. For applications that run in classic mode, are there any issues with switching between printing on OS9.1 and OS X, or is it seamless Thanks for any feedback JW -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
