Ford & Pax,

Ron now has a collection of three dead monitors.  One is definitely the 
"dead on red" problem.  I spent some time digging around on the internet 
one day for information, thanks to some tips from Jeff.  Most of the 
info I found is, as Jeff posted recently: mumble this connection, 
mumble, if that does not work, try mumble mumble.  In any case, the 
engineer in Ron wants to try fixing them.

Keep in mind, Ron is an old retired guy.  So, don't hold your breath 
waiting for him to get around to tinkering with them.

I don't do nagging.  But, I will post any success stories ;-)
