Just a friendly reminder... When using XPF you can use the OS X Startup Disk
pref panel to boot into OS 9, but to boot from OS 9 into OS X, you must
always use XPF. In other words never use the Startup Disk control panel in
OS 9 to boot into OS X.

The results of forgetting that are a bit nasty, no permanent damage, but a
pain.
