This "EnterNet" - is this like a RemoteAccess for connecting to DSL service ?

I guess there is no reason to use Verizon's.
I'm tiptoeing around as a beginner, a repeat of the modem days several years
ago.
I remember using FreePPP before I went with Remote Access.
