You may have mentioned this before but do you have the printer driver for your printer? Jaguar comes with a lot of support but it may not have what you need. Go to the printer mfr's site (was yours an HP?) and find the latest driver for your printer. Installing that and restarting may solve your problem or if not then at that point you might be able to create a new printer using the new driver. Then restart again and hopefully...
