To all who helped thanks. I have the Twin Turbo up and running with the
latest software (Mac OS supported it directly but the Twin Turbo
software is better at managing the color to my projector) and it is
simultaneously supporting the Mac and VGA out so I can see on my monitor
what I'm projecting. The only problem is that I can only get 640 x 480.

Is the resolution a function of the monitor?

Do you have a fixed resolution monitor plugged into the apple connector? MacOS does some sensing on the pins of what are connected. If you are using the twin turbo software, I believe you can open the control panel and option-click on the resolution button to get a choice of all available resolutions. I was with Alan in thinking that the cards only supported one output at a time, however, it may actually mirror the signal to both connectors - I've never tried it ;) One thing to be careful of is that it is just mirroring - whichever res you choose will be output to both displays - so you might figure out beforehand which resolution will work on both devices.
