I had the same experience in the brief few days that I had my J-700 up and going. I couldn't change the resolution no matter what I did. I tried everything, too! (or so I thought. . .). When I went to the control panel I had exactly one choice for resolution. Is this just something that is inherent with Virex cards and later Mac OS? I'm trying to buy a ATI Radeon Mac Edition right now some I'm hoping this will alleviate some of my upgrade problems, including this, too. Do any of you know if a Mac Edition Radeon 9600 card pulled from a G5 will work on a legacy Mac/clone? Thanks, again, guys.
