Can you supply any links from reliable sources explaining that? I'm not
in NY, so I didn't get the memo, but I'm in line for Verizon FiOS, so I
may be at risk if what you're saying is true.
How you connect to the net has nothing to do with who you contact. Create a new
account for news.eternal-september.net and register (per previous post
instructions), then click on the account in the sidebar and the "manage
subscriptions" option in the main window.
