Well, I can't change that an operating system that is 13 years old is insecure. I'd also be happy if you don't try to insult me when I just want to point that out.

I didn't want to insult you, of course. Just note that David E. Ross is a regular poster here, so he's most probably well aware of those security holes. If his wife keeps on using Win98 & SM 1.1.19, there must be strong reasons, not mere choices.

It's not even my fault that old systems become insecure. Oh, and if you can't afford new hardware, there's always a free operating system out there that can run new and secure code on old computers - you might need to learn to use a different system than Windows, though. It's not my fault that Microsoft stops supporting old hardware. I can't work much more than an average of over 50 hours per week, you know. But you could help making things work better if you help the project.

I never meant all that, and in particular I didn't request that you'd port SM2 to Win98.
