I would expect those sorts of changes to be very difficult, something like the effort to write V2 which largely solves these problems by not writing to the record until you say so, not on every keystroke. V2 knows who modified it and when.
What I don't understand from your explaination is how you expect to automatically generate the fact that Donna was added on this change.
