That action isn't driven by a script. The field Contact Info Edit 
Date is calculated. It's updated whenever the field Contact Info 
(just name, address, email, phone, concatenated) isn't equal to 
itself, which happens after the data is entered, but before it's 
committed. There isn't a trigger to start a script there.

That's how I understand it works. The field Contact Info is a 
concatenation of name, address, phone, email, and the date is updated 
only when one of the contact info fields is changed.
