Hi - ebase v. 2 has a built-in provision for applying the same log entry (payment, attendance record, whatever) to an entire found set of records at once. Perhaps before building custom automation for ebase v. 1 it's worth looking at the new v. 2 beta and considering the relative costs/advantages of switching to v. 2.0 when it comes out in final form.
