My organization wants to start sending out letters to 5 people each week. These people will be potential donors and will not be current members. What I am wondering is, is there anyway to enter them into Ebase and be able to remind us every couple of months to send them a follow up letter. or is there a way without entering in a payment to set an expiration date so that we can search for them every couple of months. and how could we keep track of the correspondence that we have with them. I am using Ebase version 1.03. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me. Have a great Fourth!
