Sounds like you have some bigger problems than can easily be addressed
over this list. We can continue trying, or you could try to find a
consultant who could help. As for switching to another membership
program, it is likely that the data you try to move to the new program
would be corrupted and therefore be useless. At that point, there may
be no easy way to sort it out either. I'd suggest trying a little
harder to get the problem resolved BEFORE considering a switch.

Back to your problem, what happens when you switch to "View Payments"?
Do you get a warning that says something like, "there are no payments on
file for this person, do you want to go to payments anyway?" What
record number is on the Home screen (the blue number up top) and what
record number is on the "View Payments" screen? Are they the same? If
you get the dialog box and the record numbers don't match, it's b/c the
payments file can't go to any record for that individual (they don't
have payments on file!). Since you opt to go to the payments file
anyway, it takes you there to someone elses's payment record. Again, if
this is the case, what do you get when you switch from the Home screen
for one of the new people to the "Payments" tab at the top of the screen
(not the "view payments" button which switches you to the Payments
file)? Are any payments shown there?
