Isn't the refernce to "min Windows"? (less than 1 MB and could still run
all programs). Don't know where I picked it up but it did work, I think it
automatically changed it's win.ini since it didn't have any program
manager. A few things of course didn't work, but it was better than your
average Windows.

BTW: How do you change startup picture in 3.x? I don't seem to remember.
And where's a good place to pick up other pictures for it? (preferly with a
cracked Window or simular.)
