I am using Trumpet Winsock and Opera 3.60 on my 386DX. I registered both
products, too.

The Opera trial period goes by days of use, so if you skip a day, it doesn't
get counted.

I would reccomend running Winsock before running Opera.

Is IE using the same copy of Winsock as Opera, or is IE using something
else? If IE and Opera are both using the same copy of Winsock then I too am
lost. Assuming that is NOT the case, your problem sounds similar to one I
had. Your ISP might use PAP. It stands for "Password Authorization
Protocal" It is a under "file", and then "ppp options" in Winsock. Just
click th box to enable it and fill in your password and username.
