[SURVPC] Linux emulator for DOS?

Hi,

Is there any Linux emulator (or at least shell
emulator) that allows you to learn Linux CLI
under DOS and/or Windows?  I know that Linux
and Windows can co-exist on a single machine,
but there are some situations where installing
real Linux is strictly forbidden...
