The closest would be the likes of monkey linux (or other umsdos
distro). This requires no partitioning of the harddrive, and
uninstallation is 'deltree/y c:\linux'.

But that requires pure DOS, otherwise Windows would complain that the
DOS box is trying to use more memory than allowed (as it tries to
load linux into all the memory)

The only other way (IMHO) of doing it properly is to telnet to
another system, either through the internet or LAN.

There might be a 'demo' available, where you get a 'prompt' and a
virtual directory structure, but no actual programs. But I personally
don't see the point of this.
