All I can recommend is you telnet to a linux shell account.. I guess
there are some free ones available out there somewhere.. maybe
realshell.com but I think they charge a fee.  Maybe you could get
permission to install linux using UMSDOS filesystem.. it just resides on
the dos FAT filesystem in C:\Linux for example.
