Actually, I would say that this is on-topic; you're attempting to
keep an older PC going...

We have a dozen or so PCs with this configuration, here at my
workplace. We've experimented with Win95 and Win3.11 on them,
and have come to the following conclusions:

A) Win95 will run okay IF you have 32MB+ of RAM in the system.
It won't be blazingly fast, but it will be acceptable, esp. if you use
an older browser, or Opera.

B) Otherwise, Win3.11 runs quite quickly, since it has so much
less overhead compared to Win95.
