On the list being stagant: I have noticed that sometimes my posts don't
show up right away like they used to. For example, recently I asked
about starting programs when Windows starts, but not using the Start up
group. The message didn't show up on the list for several days. I
found a solution myself in the mean time. I found that if I use run,
instead of load, that clock.exe would pop up un-minimized.
