I activated the T-Mo unlimited data plan again.  It's working fine with my 
Samsung T509 and I did a speed test 162 Kb/s down and 37 Kb/s up.  I want to 
use Outlook Express on my laptop.  I can receive email from my Road Runner 
account.  However, I cannot send.  A couple years ago someone told me how to 
setup Outlook so it could be used for SMTP - then if stopped working for some 
reason.    I called T-MO TS and talked to 3 different reps.  They said I should 
change the SMTP to  myemail.tmobile.com.  I did this but I cannot send emails.  
I don't want to call TS again!  Could someone tell me if something else needs 
to be changed?    In other words my incoming server info is still what I use 
for RR.  I'm confused on the outgoing server requires authentication settings.  
Any help greatly appreciated!  DonnaB
