That is not correct if you are still in a T-Mobile coverage area. The only way 
they'd let you out is if you moved to an area completely outside of their 
service area. Just having poor coverage isn't enough to  get out of a

T-mobile should let you out of your contract if you have no reception at your 
home, even if you moved to the problem.  I would make sure another carrier has 
reception before you make that move.
