The good news is that earlier last year after some fighting between neighbors and the town, a tower was finally approved on some private land not too far away from me. The bad news is that like things of this nature, these things take FOREVER to actually get done and to the best of my knowledge, nothing has actually been done on the land where it is going to be built. No idea how long it takes to put up a tower, but I am hoping they actually "break ground" on it this year. On a related note, I had to go to a T-Mobile store this weekend to get a new SIM for my daughter's phone as hers was an old one and had stopped registering with the network (so no service). While I was there I put in an order for the T-Mobile Signal Booster. We can get some signal if you are close to certain windows in the house, so I am hoping the signal booster improved things here.
