I didn't even know they offered a signal booster.  I hope it works for 
you.  :)

Regarding the tower, it's called The NIMBY Factor (Not In My Back 
Yard).  Most do not want a cell tower "in their back yard", yet, the 
same people will be the first to complain about weak cell signals...  No 
matter where a mobile company wants to site a tower or cell site, it 
always takes a long time.  The NIMBY Factor, local permit issuing 
authorities, public hearings, etc.  All of this comes into play.

Some companies do get creative.  Just off one of the local highways 
here, there are two cell towers right next to each other (probably no 
more than 100' apart).  One of them was made up to resemble a tree.
