The Swedish government agency (Lantmäteriet) should have aerial imagery of
excellent quality (0.25 or 0.5 m resolution). Given the level of public
support for the Polish firefighters, it should be a PR disaster for
Lantmäteriet to decline a request for use of these images.

Most Swedish students are able to download the imagery, so it should just
be a matter of clearing up the license issues.
