I see the same thing now...when I zoom in the small map, the small map
seems to be wrong for sure.

Blake, do you have any contact that can fix the Copernicus small map at
http://emergency.copernicus.eu/mapping/list-of-components/EMSR298/ALL/EMSR298_01ENSKOGEN
