Then we obviously have some difference in our systems that's worth
tracking down:
Starting TheBat here takes about 20 seconds. That I can live with.
Closing TheBat only apears to be almost instantanious, the thebat.exe
process lingers around and is writing megabytes on megabytes to the
disk. Over a 100 MBit LAN, this takes about one to three minutes, over
a WLAN it takes considerably more time. During this time, TheBat
cannot be restarted (nothing happens) nor can the computer be shut
down ("This process is not responding").
You don't see that on your system?
BTW, this behaviour is not new, v3.0.1.33 is just as slow.
