I also use W2k (tho' not Danish) with latest SPs & updates and also upgraded by installing on top of 2.10. Don't use plugins. On loading TB, CPU utilization quickly goes to 100% and then quickly back down to 0%. Receiving messages also shoots CPU up to 100%, but only for the time it is receiving, and it isn't "painfully slow".
