No, it is not your IP address. Even if it was, you said you are not running your own SMPT server so there is no way you could send e-mail directly without going through the BellSouth SMPT servers. The IP is for one of Bellsouth's servers. If you go to www.dnsstuff.com and do a Reverse DNS Lookup you will see it is the IP address for imf18aec.mail.bellsouth.net host, and if you enter the IP in the Spam database lookup and scroll the results page down you will see (highlighted in red) that the IP (or host) is blacklisted by SORBS.
