Interesting question. My list will likely be different from most
others'... Actually, I am working on these now and have been for some
time.

* project management
* leadership skills
* conflict resolution
* empowering others
* ...

My career path is turning to management these days and not so much
tech writing. I am still very much grounded in it, still write, but I
also manage a team. Aside from learning more about Sandcastle and
Vista, there's really not much else I need or want to learn with
regard to hands-on techie stuff.
