A while back, my chapter filled out the rechartering form. Then filed it. I dug it up, talked to them about it, and figured out that it wasn't a working document. So I talked to the admin council about this, and asked what they thought about having a charter that they could actually use when discussing stuff and making decisions -- i.e. having a "same page" to be on. And now there's a committee of two -- me and the Secretary -- working on it. Of course, there's the "once it's voted on and accepted, then what?" part.
