The STC is made up of volunteers. Sometimes the RealWorld has a way of taking time away from those volunteers, and so the STC needs to take a back seat for a bit while attention is directed toward things that bring home the bacon, or the things that eat the bacon you bring home. There are big, cool things happening in the STC. These are communicated out regularly in a variety of ways, from e-mail to forum posts. If something interests you, definitely offer to help out.
