Convert them to TIFFs and print the TIFFs to your AdobePDF printer. (I 
think you can set up a script in Photoshop, but it might be faster to 
just do it manually in Photoshop than to look up how to set up a script, 
etc., for 37 pages).

Finally, start Acrobat, open the first file, and insert the remaining 
files in sequence at the end, then save the finished PDF under its final 
name.
