We're at about the same scale, but it's all Wimax. I think it's at least as much of a giant mess as what you're describing, but I don't want to rehash the details. I've been looking foward to an LTE upgrade partly on the assumption that since they're putting more effort into development there that we would see fewer issues, and also on the belief that there would be better NLOS performance.
