If you're using one default bearer, then your management traffic to the
CPE is in the same bucket with customer traffic. In that case you could
see packet loss to CPE when the customer does anything to occupy the
pipe. Dave Clelland suggested we create a dedicated bearer for
management traffic in order to avoid that.
On the other issues I have no input. We're just diving in ourselves.

We are seeing the following issues with our Telrad Gear. Is anybody
else seeing the same/similar issues?
1) Issues with slower than expected upload speeds. Packet loss
to SM’s. Download speeds slower than expected.
2) VPLS customers losing their capability to pass data until the
EPC is rebooted. During the same timeframe access to the UE is fine.
3) Issues with VPN connections through VPLS setups.
