I believe the dedicated bearer is tied to a DSCP value in the IP header.
So you would tag traffic between your UE's and your office with a DSCP
value.

We are seeing the following issues with our Telrad Gear. Is
anybody else seeing the same/similar issues?
1) Issues with slower than expected upload speeds. Packet
loss to SM’s. Download speeds slower than expected.
2) VPLS customers losing their capability to pass data until
the EPC is rebooted. During the same timeframe access to the UE is
fine.
3) Issues with VPN connections through VPLS setups.
