By reading German books about music from around 1750, I had the
feeling that the word "Ausnahme" did not always mean "exception",
but also sometimes "effect".

Example: "Ort tr�gt viel zur Ausnahme der Musik bey" (Quantz)

Some cases happen in CPE Bach's Versuch too, and I want to provide
the best translation possible. Maybe this polysemy also occurs in
other northern Europe languages ?
