But its just, right now, I am not here so much so I CAN'T READ any post. 
Saving or Fav is not possible.

The issue is finding relevant things ("all but only") when you been away a 
time.

At the moment I'm very interested in innovation on "editing" in TW and 
following that *specifically*. I finding it difficult.

The traffic here is getting higher. Tracking an interest well is not easy. 
The volume of posts is larger.

The OP is wondering about whether there is a way to auto-track relevant 
themes without having to audit everything.
