Ciao Mat Two points. Organisation is not necessarily hierarchy. Modest hierarchies are ubiquitously used on the internet to organise stuff.
In my understanding, Riz isn't aspiring to a system of systems. He's sensibly pointing out that right now finding (past) solutions is UNWIELDY & largely unworkable in this Group. Like me he's particularly looking at a central forum for emergent potential documentation, which is THIS Google Group. I just wrote at some length about that and think his proposed solution is as good as I have seen to date. IMO, THIS group is itself THE instance of the issue & the solution.
