Most of the SMT boards on the market come configured for TEP protocol which
is (somewhat) compatible with the Motorola receivers. You can use a program
like TRIMBLEMON to configure it for TSIP and 9800,8,N,1 serial format.
Once you do that, the latest version of Lady Heather will work with it.

I've just found TBoltMon and downloaded it, but I can't see any mention of
TEP in the manual. What command do you use to change the protocol? As I
asked Ernie, is this change permanent, or does it need to be made each time
you power-up the evaluation board?
