Re: Top 5 Psych Journals

We expect a lot of out 1st and 2nd year students here, so these might not 
be appropriate - but here is a quick list off the top of my head:

Psychological Review
Journal of Experimental Psychology (this has several independent sub-journals)
American Psychologist (even though you are in Canada)
Psychological Science
Psychonomic Bulletin and Review
Most of these reflect my bias toward "Psychology as experimental science" 
so I am obviously leaving out important some clinical and social 
journals.   These are also, in general, less specialized in their coverege 
so they might appeal to a wide audience.
