My last one shows Dec. 9th. What exactly does "Special broadcast on Discovery" mean??? ----- Original Message ----- From: MegaZone To: [email protected] Sent: Wednesday, February 02, 2005 1:29 AM Subject: Re: [TiVo Central] On "System Information"
Once upon a time Ron Koms shaped the electrons to say... > What is "Service Data Download"? Nothing important, a special broadcast on Discovery that contains data for the system - sometimes guide data, upgrades, etc. If the system doesn't get it the data comes over the call home - there hasn't been a SDD for a while, now, a couple of months I think. -MZ, RHCE #806199299900541, ex-CISSP #3762 -- <URL:mailto:megazoneatmegazone.org> Gweep, Discordian, Author, Engineer, me.
