MZ, The card that's still there is in Slot 1. I did the Guided Setup again with the one card as you suggested and now I wonder if you could tell me how to make sure it is seated correctly. Would I just take it out and re-insert to do that?
San >If you can't pull in any channels above 99, then you're not getting any digital channels. In that case odds are the one card you still have is no longer paired correctly. The first thing to do is make sure it is seated correctly. The other issue is that the TiVo needs a card in Slot 1 first, then Slot 2. So if you're Slot 1 is bad and they took that card, it could disable BOTH cards on you - which means no digital content. (Sorry, I didn't think of that yesterday.)<
