Thanks, I know about the leaking battery but all seems to be working OK. No error messages and the remote is fine (right now).To my knowledge there isn't a DC offset on the pre-amp. I have tried all of the above suggestions and nothing has changed. As far as distortion from the right channel, it sounds clean. I can borrow a meter from work. It sounds like I want to put the meter on the pre input and look for DC? But if there is DC present, wouldn't that mess up all of my other sources? Are there any similarities to the output stage of the touch and the sb3?
