Definitely sounds like a bug - a familiar one actually. I'll have to
look at it again. I fixed a similar problem previously. It was a case
of the planet dying due to low resources the turn of colonization. If
that's not what's currently happening there could be a problem with
the bugfix, or perhaps another issue with colonization/new planet
setup. On a side note, showing zero colonists on a newly colonized
planet is intended functionality. The colonists are (or should be :/)
instead counted into the population - the difference here is that they
cannot be relocated as colonists again to another planet.
