二つ目の<trans-unit>は翻訳済です。
用語：
trans-unit：翻訳単位、基本要素。翻訳対象文字列を含
む。

approved：trans-unitの任意属性。可能な値はbooleanのyesか
no。そのtrans-unitは承認されたかどうかをいう。

ファイルはどういう感じなのか全く分かりません：）
なお、OLTは現在 XLIFFの1.1の対応だったと思いますが
nightly buildsなら1.2対応です。今週、色んな「本当
の」XLIFFでテストしてみました。（「本当の」＝仕事
で訳したファイル）。Andréさんとやり取りしてbugなど
をチェックしている最中です。
OmegaTはなんだろう・・・・
OmegaTなら、この間送ったメールの通りです。Rainbowを
変換フィルタとして使えばOmegaTの中で普通に仕事でき
ます。
