Like (IIRC) Crap screen in bright daylight (180) Poor key lettering and poor key backlight (good on the 180, a nice bright green - fubared on the 600, an insipid blue with smudgy lettering) Poor sound (good on the 600 - ruined on the 650) Battery life (680) - been there! The Blackberry battery life is so much better than a palm device. Their power mgmt is great. Dim screen and lights when not needed with their light sensor. Sleep mode while not using it while also ready to receive push email. Frankly, it's just awesome that the mail just comes and I don't need to stop whatever else I was doing to poll the mail.
