The biggest issue for me, personally, (outside the total lack of 3rd party app customization) is the fact that I cannot touch the iPhone's screen with the flat of my fingers. My fingernails are not extraordinarily long, but they are too long to allow comfortable use of that kind of screen. I like my Palm where I can tap with my nail or a stylus (or a finger). Bottom line is, whether it's physical touch or applications, there is still far more choice available for any Palm device than anything else out there.
